Picking up a curbside order

Updated 1 month ago by Dave Jurgens

After accepting an offer, pressing Trips on the navigation menu makes it easy to view any upcoming trips under the Accepted tab. The pickup time also displays for each accepted trip.

Starting your trip

  1. When you’re ready to head to the pickup location, the START TRIP button can be pressed. If needed, pressing the NAVIGATE button will open your default navigation app, enabling step-by-step driving directions to the pickup location.
Tip: Pressing the PICKUP NOTES button provides helpful information about the order to make pickup fast and easy.
  1. Once you park, sliding the CONFIRM ARRIVAL bar will let store associates know you’ve reached the pickup location.
  1. After confirming your arrival, you can press the SELECT button (under My Parking Spot) and choose your parking spot number or letter (scroll past the numbers to see the list of letters). Then pressing OK and CONTINUE will share your location with the store associates so they can bring the order(s) out to you.
  2. The store associate will ask you for the Driver Code to confirm that you’re the correct driver for that order.

Receiving and scanning orders

When your items are loaded into your vehicle, there is a different label for scanning each customer order (there are often multiple labels for each order).

This article contains helpful hints on scanning customer orders.

Tip: If you’re delivering orders for more than one customer, it’s good practice to place the orders in two different areas of your vehicle to keep the orders separate and organized. Store associates will usually put one order in your trunk and one on your back seat to keep the orders separate.
