Communicating with customers
It’s important not to call or message while you’re driving.
If you’d like to call or message a customer during a delivery, you can contact the customer by pressing the Contact button. From the Contact Customer screen, you can choose to send an automated message, send a text message, or call the customer.

If you would like to contact a customer while completing a shopping order, some zones have an in-store chat feature enabled in the app. This is especially helpful to speak to customers about substitutions. If this feature is enabled in your zone, the app will display this option for you.
