Appealing a deactivation
If you were deactivated and want to appeal your deactivation, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to the driver portal and fill out this form.
- Please provide a short explanation that would be helpful for the appeals team to review your deactivation.
- After receiving your input, the appeals team will review the details you provided and make a determination.
- The appeals team will send you a SMS once your appeal is reviewed, so you know the process is complete.
Please do not submit multiple appeal requests as duplicate submissions will cause a delay in response time.
