Referral incentives
Eligibility
- You can start making referrals after just five trips.
- The driver you refer needs to complete at least five trips in the same zone during the incentive period.
- When the driver you refer completes five or more trips in their zone, the incentive is unlocked for you.
Referral tips
To refer a friend, you can:
- Open the Spark Driver™ app:
- On iOS, tap MORE in the bottom-right, and then tap REFER & EARN.
- On Android, click the menu icon in the top-left corner, then tap REFER & EARN.
- Tap COPY CODE to save the referral code and SHARE CODE to send the code to your friends.
Checking the status of your driver referrals
To check the status of a referral on iOS, tap MORE, then REFER & EARN. Tap STATUS to track the progress of your referrals and see how they’re adding up.
On Android, tap the menu icon in the top-left corner, then tap REFER & EARN. Tap STATUS to track the progress of your referrals and see how they’re adding up.
Information on when driver referrals are updated
Driver referral information is visible in the app within 48 hours after the referred driver completes the required trips in zones with incentive eligibility.
If 48 hours have passed and you do not see the updated information, you can try:
- Downloading the latest version of the Spark Driver™ app to view the most up-to-date information.
- Checking the Drive4Spark website to confirm your zone has an active referral incentive.
