No, you may choose your preferred attire while delivering on the Spark Driver platform.

Children who are not old enough to be left alone in a car are not allowed. Passengers are not authorized drivers on the Spark Driver platform, so they cannot participate in deliveries.

Yes. As long as orders are kept free from contamination, including by pets or pet hair. Walmart may refuse to provide orders if vehicles do not meet these and other vehicle standards. Only service animals are allowed in stores.

No, you many only create one Spark Driver account. Sharing accounts with multiple drivers is prohibited.

The Spark Driver app is available on a mobile device with camera, flash, and GPS capabilities (iOS, or Android 11 or newer).

Yes. Valid proof of insurance is collected as a part of your enrollment onto the Spark Driver platform. You’ll need to have current insurance for each vehicle used.

When you agree to the Terms of Use, you agree that a weapon will not be visible in your vehicle while performing Services with the Spark Driver app. You can find the Terms of Use in the Spark Driver app.

If you’d like to delete your Spark Driver app account, follow these steps within the app:

On iOS, tap More in the bottom-right, then tap Settings > Manage Account > Delete account.

On Android, tap the menu icon, then tap Settings > Manage Account > Delete account.

Please note, you’ll be permanently removed from the Spark Driver platform*. You’ll lose access to all data, including incentives, metrics, and trip details. You won’t be able to reapply or create a new account in the future.
